Project Status
Care Collective is currently an independent private project operated by a natural person. It is not currently registered as a company, association, charity, non-profit corporation or other separate legal entity. This website provides information about the project, its concept and possible future services.
Services, packages, partner structures, local availability, pricing, medical-support pathways, insurance-related information, booking workflows and the Journey Designer may still change. Information on this website should therefore be understood as project information and general orientation unless a specific written agreement has been made.
Care Knowledge Library and Content Limitations
The Care Knowledge Library provides general orientation about supported travel, accessibility, medical travel questions, insurance-related topics, medication, emergency planning, local medical care and concierge support. The articles are intended to help users ask better questions and prepare discussions with qualified professionals.
The Care Knowledge Library is not a medical, legal, insurance, tax, emergency, airline or official authority service. The content may still be under editorial, medical, legal or insurance-related review. It must not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions, travel decisions, insurance decisions, legal decisions or emergency action.
In urgent or unclear medical situations, users must contact local emergency services, a doctor, a hospital, the relevant insurer or the appropriate local authority directly. This website and the Care Knowledge Library are not monitored as an emergency channel.
No Medical Advice or Emergency Service
Care Collective does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medical prescriptions, medical clearance, fit-to-fly certification, nursing care, emergency response, hospital admission, medical transport or medical repatriation. Medical questions must be clarified directly with qualified healthcare professionals, hospitals, airlines, insurers, emergency services or other responsible institutions.
No Insurance Advice or Insurance Mediation
Care Collective does not provide regulated insurance advice, does not broker insurance contracts, does not sell insurance, does not recommend one specific insurance tariff and does not decide whether an insurer will accept or reimburse a claim. Any external insurance links or comparison portals are provided for independent orientation only.
Users are responsible for checking insurance coverage, exclusions, pre-existing conditions, travel health insurance, travel cancellation insurance, travel interruption insurance, medical repatriation and claim requirements directly with the relevant insurer or a qualified insurance professional.
No Travel Contract Through Information Pages
The information pages, Care Knowledge Library articles and general project pages do not create a travel contract, treatment contract, insurance contract, care contract or package travel contract. A binding agreement, if any, requires separate confirmation in writing and clear agreement on the specific services, provider, price, responsibility and applicable terms.
Liability for Content
The contents of this website have been created with care. However, no guarantee can be given for the accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness of the information provided. Information may change, especially in relation to medical care, insurance rules, airline requirements, local services, laws, emergency contacts, prices and partner availability.
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, especially in cases involving injury to life, body or health, intent, gross negligence or other mandatory legal responsibility.
Liability for External Links
This website may contain links to external third-party websites. No responsibility is assumed for the contents, accuracy, availability, data protection practices, pricing, policy wording or services of linked external websites. Responsibility for linked content lies solely with the respective operators.
Copyright
The content and materials published on this website are subject to copyright. Any reproduction, editing, distribution or use outside the limits of copyright law requires prior permission from the respective rights holder.

The following privacy information explains how personal data may be processed when users visit this website, contact Care Collective, open embedded media, use external links or interact with future Care Collective communication channels.

Website access and server log files
When this website is accessed, technical access data may be processed automatically by the hosting provider. This may include IP address, date and time of access, requested file, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, amount of data transferred and server status information.
This processing is used to deliver the website, maintain technical security, detect errors and protect the website from misuse. The legal basis may be legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website.
Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
If users contact Care Collective by email, phone, WhatsApp or another communication channel, the information provided by the user may be processed in order to answer the request. This may include name, contact details, message content, preferred language, travel interest and any information voluntarily shared by the user.
Users should avoid sending sensitive medical information through ordinary email or messaging services unless they understand and accept the risks of that communication channel. If health-related information is sent voluntarily, it will be used only to understand and respond to the request, unless another agreement is made.
Special categories of data and health-related information
Care Collective may receive health-related information if a user voluntarily shares it in a message or future request process. This may include mobility needs, medication information, allergies, chronic illness, care needs, support needs or travel limitations.
Such information is sensitive. Care Collective does not currently operate a medical record system, patient portal or emergency service. Users should only share information that is necessary for the specific inquiry and should not send urgent medical information through this website.
Embedded videos and external media
This website may embed videos from external providers such as YouTube or YouTube no-cookie domains. When an embedded video is loaded or played, the external provider may receive technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, page URL and interaction data.
Embedded media are provided to explain the project more clearly. Users who do not want external media providers to receive data should avoid playing embedded videos and may instead read the provided transcripts where available.
Cookies, local storage and consent
The current website may use technically necessary functions and may display a simple cookie or information notice. If future functions use cookies, local storage, analytics, marketing tools, tracking pixels or non-essential external services, additional consent and clearer settings may be required before those tools are activated.
As long as only technically necessary functions are used, they may be required to provide the website requested by the user. Non-essential storage or access to information on a user’s device should only take place with appropriate consent.
External links and third-party services
The website may link to external websites, comparison portals, hospitals, insurers, airlines, government websites, social media pages, Google services, WhatsApp or other third-party services. If users open those links, the respective external provider is responsible for its own data processing.
Care Collective cannot control the privacy practices of external websites and recommends reviewing the privacy information of each external provider before submitting personal data there.
Future Journey Designer, app or booking functions
The website may describe future services such as a Journey Designer, app support, WhatsApp-based booking, partner coordination, payment options or user profiles. If such functions become active, additional privacy information will be required before users submit personal or health-related data through those systems.
Until such functions are formally launched, descriptions on this website should be understood as project information and future service planning, not as a fully active booking or medical support system.
Legal bases for processing
Depending on the situation, personal data may be processed on the basis of:
- the user’s consent, if consent is requested and given;
- steps prior to entering into a contract or responding to a user inquiry;
- legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving this website;
- legal obligations where applicable.
Storage period
Personal data will be stored only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless legal retention obligations or legitimate reasons require longer storage.
General inquiries may be deleted when they are no longer needed. Data connected with contractual, tax, legal or dispute-related matters may need to be retained for longer periods.
User rights
Depending on the applicable legal requirements, users may have the right to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
Users may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
Data security
Care Collective aims to handle personal data carefully and to use appropriate technical and organisational measures for the current project stage. However, ordinary email, phone and messaging channels may not be suitable for urgent, highly sensitive or complex medical information.
Users should not send emergency information through this website. In emergencies, contact local emergency services, doctors, hospitals or insurers directly.
Changes to this page
This imprint and privacy information may be updated when the project status, website functions, service model, external tools, legal requirements or data-processing activities change.
Last internal draft review: July 2026.
Technical and Editorial Note
This website may contain prototype elements, draft texts, embedded videos, external links and future service descriptions. Before relying on any information, users should verify critical details directly with the relevant professional, provider, insurer, airline, authority or emergency service.
